Now follow these steps:
      Resetting the Phone App on Android device:

For this, you have to open the menu from your home screen then open settings. Now here search for “Application Manager” then tap on this. It will switch to the tab “All” then search for “Telephone”. Finding the entry in the list tap on it to open the app information.
Now follow these steps:
  • Force stop
  • Clear data
  • Clear cache

Now restart your Smartphone. The error "Unfortunately the process has stopped" will not appear on the smartphone but if it is still there, then try tip.

1.      Wiping the cache partition on the Smartphone:

By wiping the cache partition on the Smartphone your data is not deleted. To perform this action, Press the Power ON/OFF button and turn off your Android Smartphone. Now the press and hold these key combination
“Power ON/OFF-Volume + - Home button”
Only Release the Power ON/OFF button after the vibration on your phone, keep the remaining keys pressed and a menu will be appeared on the display. Now select the “Wipe Cache Partition” option. Now select “Reboot Phone” and finish. Now the error "Unfortunately the process has stopped" will no more appear on your Android Smartphone while opening some app like the phone app.
